Two Toned Blue & Purple Nails with Gold Tips I created on my friend today with FashionistA’s beautiful nail varnishes! Get the look:

I really enjoyed creating this beautiful two toned nail look today at work on my lovely friend Zoe (The London Lipgloss) if some of you have been following my latest blog posts I am really into two toned and marble effect nails lately, it really spices up those boring talons and makes you nails instantly look like you have had an expensive manicure! They are also perfect for creating a strong nail look on any photo shoots you have coming up.

I have used FashionistA nail polishes to create this look which was the first time I tried these polishes, they are just divine- and dry so quickly!  As it’s still cold outside and I love dark nails I thought what better look to create a winter nail look. To create this look I used Jet Set (blue) and Vivid Dream (purple) and simply merged them together on the nail to create this gorgeous merged shimmery look, you simply overlap the colours together whilst they are still wet. I then finished the tips with Hidden Treasure! (Glittery Gold) let this dry then added a clear top coat for an extra shine!

I think this look would go so well with a two toned blue and purple lip look or maybe a blue and purple smoky eye? Both way have fun and get creative with your nails, they can really finish off any outfit.

FashionistA has a wonderful blog- so do check it out on here: http://fashionistacosmetics.blogspot.com/

All FashionistA nail varnishes can be purchased from selected Superdrug stores (UK) retailing at £5 each. Soon available online!

It’s Penguin Awareness day and here are my nails I have created to celebrate!

Whenever I think of penguins I think of penguins in tuxedos, so the nail look I have created today was inspired by a tuxedo design. Penguin Awareness day is to learn about and appreciate one of the few natives of Antarctica. On these days, they want us to spend a little time learning about them…. a pictorial book or internet site is fun or even beauty look? You can also watch a documentary of these cute and popular, grounded birds.
Penguins wearing a tuxedo in their honour is optional like I have done with nails. So hope you like this look!

I have used all MUA cosmetics. Click this link here to see where you can buy the products from: http://www.muastore.co.uk/
